“Cialt” is the old nickname of our family, that we decided to use as the name of this sparkling wine, produced by an accurate selection of our grapes, that give a delicious fruity wine, soft at palate.

WINE TYPOLOGY: Prosecco doc Treviso Extra Dry

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Area of Valdobbiadene - Conegliano - Asolo

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Glera

GRAPE HARVEST: Manual harvest in small containers

WINEMAKING: with no peel. Soft press of the grapes strictly entire, natural decanting and controlled fermentation at monitored temperature of 20°. The sparkling process takes place at low temperature inside autoclave with a short period with the yeasts to save the fruity taste.

COLOUR: pale straw yellow, clear, enriched with a fine and persistant perlage.

FLAVOUR: savoury, fresh and elegant.

HOW TO SERVE: between 8 and 10°C.  Open the bottle just before serving. Perfect with shellfish, it is well matched with seafood appetizers, in general, especially salmon.
