COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish hues.
AROMA: intense and scented, slightly fragrant.
TASTING: sapid and delicate, with a proper body, and slightly bitterish.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Trebbiano, Garganega, Trebbianello, Cortese, Malvasia, Chardonnay e Pinot blanc.
WINEMAKING: Each variety is separately harvested, destemmed and pressed. Before fermentation, the grapes undergo a brief maceration, then follows the separation of the free-run juice, then temperature-controlled fermentation.
GRAPE HARVESTING: september-october
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.
BEST SERVED AT: 10° - 12°
FOOD COMBINATION: excellent as aperitive, this Custoza is also a whole meal wine. It is well combined with fresh appetizers, pasta main courses, seafood, boiled, roasted and char-grilled meats, desserts.
