Color of Colpizzarda Tai Rosso is intense ruby red; aroma is wide, elegant, with echoes of red fruits. At the palate it is tasteful and persistent.
The vines are located in Lonigo, at the heart of the classic Berici hills D.O.C. area.
Grapes are simultaneously de-stemmed and pressed, then for ten days the must rests on the skins in 50hl tuns. The tuns are opened and wine is fulled 6 times per day.
Montemitorio Tai Rosso is the right wine for red meats and game (both birds and ground).

Best served at a temperature of 14°-16°C.; open the bottle 30 minutes before serving.
