The vine is located in Alonte (VI), at the heart of the classic Berici hills D.O.C. area.
Grapes are de-stemmed and soft pressed, then follows low-temperature static decantation: the selected yeasts are added to a clear must. Refermentation by Charmat method
Chardonnay Frizzante is the classic starter wine, perfect also with light first courses and sefood.
Some local dishes:
- savoury biscuit with egg sauce
- vicentina "corgnoi" (escargots)
Best served at a temperature of 10°-12°C.; open the bottle when serving.
