The vine is located in Alonte (VI), at the heart of the classic Berici hills D.O.C. area.
Grapes are de-stemmed and soft pressed, then follows low-temperature static decantation: the selected yeasts are added to a clear must.
Pinot Bianco Colli Berici is well combined with starters, light first courses and sefood.
Some local dishes:
- trout stew
- artichoke roll
- savoury foil-baked trout
Best served at a temperature of 10°-12°C.; open the bottle a few minutes before serving.
