Gambellara colour is straw yellow, with green shades; aroma is fruity, with aromatic and white flowers notes; taste is well-balanced, with the right sourness and body.
The vine is located in Montebello Selva (VI), at the heart of the classic Gambellara D.O.C. area.
Grapes are de-stemmed and soft pressed, then follows low-temperature static decantation: the selected yeasts are added to a clear must.
Gambellara is well combined to starters, light first courses and sefood.
