The Campeto grapevines grow in volcanic soils, in vineyards located between the counties of Vicenza and Verona, in the Alpone valley.
After pressing, the must is fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 14 ° C, and then it starts the sur lies curing.
The color of our Campeto is straw yellow, its aroma is a base of mineral scents, accompanied by yellow citrus and yellow fruit notes. The taste is dry, sapid, fresh and with good structure.
Excellent as a starter wine, it is well matched with white seafood, or else it can be a whole dinner wine as well.
Best served at a temperature of 9-10 ° C.
